Our advanced equipment ensures the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and speed. Each egg is cracked and separated (if necessary), before being pasteurised. This process involves heat treatment to a temperature of 65.5°C to 68°C, and cooling to around 4°C, with an innovative auto diversion to adjust any products that does not meet the required temperature.

Boxes or buckets will be stacked onto pallets and transported in one of our temperature-controlled vans. On receipt at your facility, be sure to store them at a temperature between 0-4°C.
