All our bulk hard-boiled eggs are packed and stored in a citric preservative to prolong that fresh, fantastic taste. They’ll then be transported in temperature-controlled vehicles, with customised delivery where required.
On arrival at your facility, our eggs should be stored and distributed at a temperature between 0-4°C. Once opened, the product should be kept chilled (0-4°C).
