Our environmental initiatives include the following:

• Our toilet facilities utilise grey water, recycling water from the roof, which minimises our water consumption
• We have installed LED lighting in our manufacturing and storage facilities: this uses a fraction of the energy that standard tubular lighting consumes
• We always aim to source eggs from farms close to our premises to minimise food miles
• Our waste cardboard is recycled into horse bedding
• We have installed solar panels on our roofs
• Our waste water is recycled
• We constantly monitor our electricity and gas consumption to ensure we are working efficiently
• We aim to be carbon neutral and to reduce our landfill to zero
• We constantly monitor our HGVs for diesel consumption

As part of our commitment to corporate and social responsibility, we support the local community by:

• Offering work placements to pupils at Chadsgrove School
• Sponsoring the local Bumble Bimble Charity Run
• Sponsoring local football team Bromsgrove Sporting
• We also donated over £20,000 worth of eggs and money to food banks and local charities during the COVID-19 pandemic
